| Saute the minced mushrooms, shallots, garlic and jalapeno (optional) in oil five minutes on medium heat until mushrooms have released liquid. In a large bowl, combine turkey, breadcrumbs, worchestershire sauce, gravy maker, cooked mushroom mixture, egg and herbs. Form into a loaf and place in an oiled loaf/baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about an hour. |
