JOIN THE NEW JERSEY MYCOLOGICAL ASSOCIATION

Whether your interest in mushrooms and mushrooming is casual or serious, becoming a member of the New Jersey Mycological Association is an educational, fun, and rewarding experience.
  • First-time members joining NJMA after June 30 of any given year will be covered through December 31 of the following year.
  • Lapsed members who pay their dues after October 31 of any given year will be provided membership coverage through December 31 of the following year.
What does NJMA membership offer?
  • A year-round range of activities such as forays, meetings, educational workshops, culinary get-togethers and social events for like-minded people of all ages with all levels of interest in mushrooms and fungi.
  • Discounts on mushroom books, field guides, and mushroom cookbooks.
  • Access to our extensive NJMA Library of mushroom-related books and monographs
  • The right to participate in members-only events such as our annual holiday dinner, photo contest, education classes, themed Culinary Group dinners, and special members-only forays.
Membership is inexpensive, (starting at only $10/calendar year). Fees are based upon whether you're joining as an individual or as a family, and whether you'd like to receive our newsletters online or as a printed hard copy through the mail. (Save money and be 'green' in the process --- opt for the online newsletter!) Only one email address can be associated with each membership, including family memberships.
